Bharati Education And Software Technology (BEST) is running under Bharati Educational and Charitable Trust registered Under Act. 1882 Reg. No. BK IV-15/11 From Govt. of Odisha, Chatrapur at Gopalpur On-sea, Berhampur, Odisha, India and was established in the year 2011, to emphasis this cyber and technical education with special focus on Data entry operator to Software and Hardware Computer courses with general Pattern of Education to the student.
Today, Organization has made Head offices for computer-training program at Main Road ,Gopalpur. Our main aim is to provide free of cost computer education at our every New Center. So getting well trained in the computers has become compulsory for every person of the family but due to the high training fee structure of computer institution, the people related to lower or middle class may not be able to afford it. BEST has been run to provide the high technical computer education at the nominal fee to the person belonging to lower and middle class.

Bharati educational and Charitable Trust catalyses universal education among underprivileged urban/rural children, create the process to embrace these children into mainstream in a sustained manner, facilitate them to emerge as productive assets, and set the foundation for building hi-tech nation or a developed country.
